Abdominal Pain Bloating After Eating Abdominal Pains After Eating?

Abdominal pains after eating? - abdominal pain bloating after eating

Every day, a week after eating disease, pain and bloating. The pain is usually in the upper abdomen and the last few hours. At first I thought it was better to eat too much and was very busy, so you eat less? Then I thought it was gas? Antacids, Pepto-Bismol did not help. I began taking pills for the release of gas, and I'm not sure if I can not help. Today the pain was intense, so I'm not sure if I see someone? Can be anything, if so, how?
Thank you!

  1. You should see your doctor immediately, because it can be a problem that can cure early treatment. You can perform some tests, but can a family doctor (specialist) for further testing and consulting.

I do not think I drug without a prescription, until I saw a doctor and been diagnosed,

Make sure you keep a list with your doctor with symptoms, how many days you've been having trouble and what drugs were taken, the doctor can make an accurate diagnosis.
Most people nervous and forget or not the physician with information that can aid in diagnosis.

  3. Not sure, age, diet, and a number of other factors, but some good ideas:

Eat yogurt? It may be a thing of the microbes. The yogurt may help keep a balance in you. Floral imbalance leads to gas and other things.
Get every fiber? A large quantity of food on the system rough. Fast food is the deadliest on the rails.
Eat plenty of vegetables? You need fruits and vegetables.
Take advantage of the vitamins? They are good for you anyway, a deficiency can lead to problems.
Drink lots of soda? Excessive caffiene (is guilty of myself) for the system as bad as smoking and obesity alcohol
Became a regular sleep-wake cycle? Breakfast?

It may not be high, but what to eat, and when.

If it works 2 weeks, I might know someone. Of course I'm assuming that is only a small burden. Swelling, I know, he never seems very low at the time. If you think you made a genuine punishment and, you know, I would be less worried.

But I would be other ways to try to help your system in the meantime, if I were you. It could be your system and# 039; s Wack a little outside and requires a certain regularity.
